Each piece is made especially for you based on your selected customization details.
Please provide all required information such as name, size, metal finish, or engraving (if applicable) at the time of purchase.

Custom orders are carefully handcrafted to match your request, ensuring a unique and personalized jewelry piece. Please double check all details before submitting your order, as production begins shortly after purchase.

If you have any special requests or design modifications, feel free to message us before placing your order, we’re happy to help create something perfect for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or made to order items.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist you with a resolution.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may have already begun, and cancellation may not be possible.
