This allows us to prepare pieces specifically for individual customer orders and gives us flexibility across materials, sizes, stones, and selected customizations.

Because of this approach, some pieces require additional production time.

The Making Process

While the exact process varies by design, jewelry typically moves through several stages.

02 — Material Selection

The appropriate metal and stones are selected according to the specifications of the design.

03 — Production

The jewelry is produced according to the approved design and selected specifications.

04 — Stone Setting & Finishing

Where applicable, stones are carefully set and the metal is finished to achieve the intended appearance and surface quality.

05 — Inspection

The completed piece is checked for appearance, construction, finishing, and the specifications associated with the order.

06 — Packaging

Once approved, the piece is carefully prepared and packaged for shipment.

A setting needs to hold a stone securely. Edges should feel comfortable against the skin. Surfaces should have the intended finish. Proportions should work both visually and physically.

For smart-ring covers, there is an additional consideration: the jewelry needs to be designed around the compatible smart ring while maintaining the intended appearance of the piece.
